Rossmax international ltd. Was established and founded in december 1988 initially operating in the telecommunications sector initiating production in 1989. By 1990, rossmax had carved itself a niche in the highly competitive, worldwide telephone dialer market by focusing on innovative design and superior quality.

Noting a growing demand for home healthcare products, rossmax started researching and developing electronic blood pressure monitors in 1992. The goal was to utilize ergonomic designs and innovative features to challenge the existing producers of blood pressure monitors. Focusing initially on the wristwatch style segment, our first prototype of wrist blood pressure monitor rm-3000 was finished in 1993 and clinical tests were conducted thereafter. By early 1994, rm-3000 was granted FDA (american food and drug administration) approval. With recognition from the FDA, rossmax proceeded, entered the us market and thereby became immediately a major supplier to five nationally recognized importers.
Reinforcing our firm belief in innovalue, rossmax started designing and developing a variety of wrist blood pressure monitors in 1995. On the heels of this line extension, we were granted European CE mark and certified as an ISO 9002/en46002/mdd company in 1996.

2001 saw the introduction of numerous new series of upper arm blood pressure monitors, featuring the trend-setting measuring technology of real fuzzy logic and smartinflate. In that same year, rossmax was awarded the 2001 rising star award, for outstanding export performance by a taiwanese company. Awarded year 2002 national award of small and medium enterprises for eminent management as well as year 2002 model for the young entrepreneur of Taiwan for progressive entrepreneurship and innovation.

On july 25,2003 securities and futures commission, ministry of finance, R. O. C. And gretai securities market, R. O. C. Approved rossmax for initial public offering
(ipo), paving a brand new future of rossmax,.

Rossmax international ltd. Employees over 1100 people from R&D, poduction, sales and marketing, administrative and management.

Vertical integration in production allows rossmax to control numerous aspects of the manufacturing process. These include our own tooling, plastic injection, printing, cuff and smt board production departments.

Rossmax is also in the process of consolidating its distribution base by finalizing long-term partnerships in Europe and the USA. The division of operations has allowed us to increase the focus on each specific segment of our business, from improving our product quality to increasing sales and marketing presence worldwide
