Lijiang Deyi Foodstuff Co., Ltd. was formally established in 2000. We are a privately owned company that produces and deals with agricultural products and native by-products, especially Lijiang grown fruits, kidney beans, edible wild mushrooms and wild Chinese traditional herbs.

Our company is recognized as one of the top agriculture industrial enterprises and one of the top 15 agricultural products processing companies in Yunnan Province, China. We have obtained ISO9001 certification for quality management system and the Food Safety Management System Certificate.

Marketing and sales:
Our products have been sold internationally to North America (tariff-free trade zone), EU, the Middle East, Japan, Korea and other regions. They are also widely distributed in some major domestic cities. To better promote products, we have established a marketing sales center in Kunming and an office in Shanghai. Our brand is highly recognized as a leading brand within Yunnnan Province. In addition, our online sales accounts for 42% of total business.

Company talent, science and technology support system:
We employ 197 regular working staff, with 38 marketing and international trade experts. Besides, we also have a professional staff working in researching and technology.

We cooperate with many scientific research institutes including the Food Industry College of China Agriculture University, Agriculture College of Shanghai Transportation University, Horticulture College of Nanjing Agriculture University, and Beijing Nutrition Source Research Institute.

We invite reputed scientists and experts like professor Ou Shaomei from Taiwan National Zhongxing University, professor Chen Junyu, the senior academician of China Engineering Academy and president Hu Xiaosong from the Food Industry College of China Agriculture University. They act as technical advisers and work closely with other farm base staff and local experts to support us.

Under the experts' guidance, we have enacted 7 enterprise standards in the 4th National Agricultural Standardization Management Demonstration Project and established the Lijiang Zhaoshui Mei Plum Planting and Processing Standardization Demonstration Zone.

Radiation driving ability:
Since the establishment, we have trained nearly 200,000 person-times within the Lijiang region. Over 200,000 training materials have been distributed to farmers. We have 15 sub-processing-factories. Raw material purchasing takes place in over 10 states in Yunnan, Sichuan Provinces, and Tibet municipality.

Our company sign contracts with nearly 51,000 farmers. The general cultivated area is 125,000,000 square meters. We have obtained a Green Food Certificate for kidney bean base and have received German BCS, EU ECO, American NOP Certificates, and Japanese JAS organic food certificates.

We mobilized 50,000 families engaging 200,000 farmers and consequently farmers are able to significantly increase their income and rise above poverty level of existence. Some farmers even can send their children to universities with the money after they sold 132 plum trees.

Our future plans:
Now we are making efforts to speed up the construction of a new type modern industrial zone where can be a place of agriculture, new products research and development, and tourism and sightseeing, to drive the agriculture industrialization to combine with Lijiang tourism. After that, the total investment will be about USD20,000,000 and annual processing ability will go to 100,000 metric tons. We can help 70,000 families and 400,000 farmers to increase income to USD43,000,000. Our annual sales will reach to USD123,000,000 with taxes about USD14,000,000. Every year we will receive 2 million tourists, give 1,500 job opportunities and 4,000 seasonal works for people.
